Generalities

PYPSA a parent company of TEC, has implemented and maintained a Safety and Health Management System at work, certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, Inc. (LRQA) since March, 2007; whose objective is to Prevent Work Accidents and achieves to Properly Manage Incidents; that has been our commitment and guarantee to successfully fulfill the objective of our Zero Accidents Management System, throughout the history of PYPSA.

In 2024, zero Accidents were reported, which demonstrates that the Safety and Health Management System at work has been successfully implemented according to the international standard ISO 45001:2018. With this, the Company demonstrates its commitment and knowledge of it.

PYPSA a parent company of TEC, is committed to comply with everything established by the Safety and Health Management System in all areas: Operational Controls, Regulations, Legal Requirements, among others.

Internal Actions

Coronavirus

Since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak of COVID-19 to be a Public Health Emergency of International Concern, PYPSA a parent company of TEC, has monitored the Coronavirus evolution through the Secretariat of Health's bulletins or any other reliable Government source.

In order to avoid fake news, keep everyone informed in the company, and remind the protection measures, PYPSA a parent company of TEC, through its Integrated Management System, has regularly shared the information published by the Government.

The necessary measures have been taken for healthy distance, home-office, use of gels, face masks, sanitizers, among others to maintain the safety and health of all the company's human resources, during this emergency period.



Health Promotion Programs

We annually carry out the PREVENIMSS Program for all the employees to guarantee their well-being and health, and allow them to know their health conditions; and follow up in their respective IMSS Family Units.

The Mexican Institute of Social Security's (IMSS) program promotes the Health through recommendations, early detection and prevention of diseases, promotion of sports and recreational activities; as well as fitness and nutritional plans; The objective is to bring preventive services to the Labor Centers, with the purpose of improving, recovering and preserving the health of the workers affiliated to the IMSS.

During the year, several courses and talks are scheduled and given to all PYPSA personnel, related to Health, Hygiene, and security as well as information campaigns related to security and health at work are promoted.

External Actions

PYPSA a parent company of TEC, is a company committed to our Clients needs, and in areas such as Safety and Health at Work to protect Human Resources and the Environment.
