Airtificial Intelligence Structures in collaboration with PYPSA, a parent company of TEC, designed a prototype pipe of 4,000 meters of diameter to transport a 30 m long capsule to travel at 1200 km/h (760 mph) for Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (HTT).

This "5-star" Hotel was equipped with all the infrastructure required for a facility of its nature, including: 354 rooms, general services, restaurants, cafeteria, swimming pools, tennis courts, beach club, multipurpose room, nightclub, green areas, staff members' houses, offices, etc.

This Tourist Development consists of: villas, two beach clubs, housing complexes, restaurants, pools, walkways, services, and single-family houses in an area of 40,000 m2.
